Keyword: Nurturance

Our environment we are born into holds the power to nurture and nourish us, supporting normal and natural development in our true essence.

A toxic or unstable one leaves us feeling lost, unstable and disconnected. It pulls us apart in all directions, leaving us not knowing which way to go or where the boundaries are. If left unhealed we arrive in adulthood in a trauma-survival state.

This essence is created from a grass with a curious triangle shaped seed head that has a centre point of stability. Despite what environment shaped or mis-shaped you, there is an original centre-point of stability you can not only reclaim but flourish from. This essence encourages you to cultivate environments that nurture, protect, and inspire, while releasing those that hinder growth, healing, and connection to self.
