14 – Holy Soul

Peace Lily (Spathiphyllum)

Keyword – Cleanse

What might become possible as you clear what is obscuring the loving capacities of your soul?

From our earliest experiences, emotional injuries, false beliefs and the consequences of unloving choices can accumulate within us. Over time, these can obscure our natural capacities for love, truth, creativity, intimacy, emotional freedom and peace.

Holy Soul invites you into the ongoing process of cleansing and healing the soul. Like mud covering a white wall, what has accumulated does not define what lies underneath. Through willingness to feel, seek truth, take responsibility, release what no longer serves us and make more loving choices, we gradually create space for something different.

Within the spiritual foundation of One Garden, this also includes developing a sincere relationship with God and opening the soul to receive Divine Love. Healing is therefore not only about removing pain. It is also about discovering and developing the extraordinary faculties, individuality and potential God placed within the soul.

Like the luminous Peace Lily opening around its living centre, this essence offers an image of what may gradually be revealed as what obscures us is lovingly brought into truth.

Invitation: This essence invites you to become curious about what may be congesting or obscuring your soul — and to willingly engage the feelings, truths, choices and relationship with God that can create greater space for love, clarity, growth and peace.
