What might sexuality become when desire is guided by love and truth?

Sexuality is a natural and powerful part of being human, yet experiences of shame, abuse, repression, pornography, rejection, performance, control or confusing sexual messages can profoundly influence how we experience our bodies, attraction, intimacy and pleasure.

God’s Way of Sex invites you to become curious about sexuality beneath these accumulated injuries and beliefs. Rather than suppressing sexual desire, it asks what that desire might become when accompanied by emotional honesty, mutual respect, free will, vulnerability, intimacy and genuine love.

Like the heat of the Tex-Mex Chilli, sexual fire can be intense. This essence does not ask you to extinguish that fire, but to explore what fuels it. Loving intimacy develops through truth, attraction, trust, connection and the willingness to see and be seen. When injuries arise, they can become opportunities to feel, understand, heal and learn rather than something to hide, perform through or override.

Sexual pleasure need not be separated from spirituality. Within a loving connection, sexuality can become a deeply nourishing expression of the soul — heart to heart, soul to soul, expressed through the body.
