What might begin to move if you stopped holding back what you truly feel?

Divine Flow invites you to restore the natural movement of emotion through allowance rather than suppression. Like water flowing freely through a hose, feelings are designed to move — but fear, shame, control and learned beliefs about emotions can create a kink in the flow.

The Agave beautifully demonstrates this movement. From its ordered centre rises an extraordinary flowering stem, sweeping outward in a great arc as hundreds of flowers progressively open. It reminds us that flow is not chaos; there can be order, purpose and truth within emotional movement.

When feelings are repeatedly suppressed, unfinished emotional experiences can accumulate and influence the beliefs we hold about ourselves and life. Divine Flow encourages the humility to feel what is present, explore its deeper cause and allow what has been stored to finally move.

Flow also extends into creativity, generosity and our willingness to give and receive. Fear can cause us to withhold and hold tightly; greater trust allows life to circulate again.
