We have loving guides and guardians assigned by our heavenly parent to support us with love and guidance in our daily lives. It’s important to be aware of unloving spirits who try to mislead us. We need to be discerning and rely on our inner guidance to navigate through their influences. During we sleep, our spirit body visits the spirit world. We meet people, have experiences, receive teachings, and healing. These experiences can provide valuable insights about ourselves and the influences shaping our state of being. This ancient and dynamic botanical encourages us to be more aware of our experiences in the sleep state. By paying attention to our dreams and the lessons we learn while asleep,
