What is beneath the urgency when you feel something needs to happen now?

When you deeply desire love, security, change or a particular outcome, waiting can feel unbearable. Fear that what you long for may never arrive can create impatience, pressure and demands — an attempt to hurry life, other people or even yourself towards the outcome you believe will make everything alright.

Divine Patience invites you to relax the urgency and become curious about what lies beneath it. Rather than forcing an outcome, patience creates space to feel your fears, recognise unmet needs, observe what is actually happening and allow truth to emerge in its own time.

Patience is not passivity, resignation or waiting indefinitely for circumstances to change. It is an active willingness to remain emotionally present while growth, healing and transformation unfold without trying to control their timing.
