6 – Play

Smooth Darling Pea (Swainsona galegifolia)

Keywords: Playful

Play is essential for growth, sparking curiosity, creativity, innovation, self-discovery and independence. The most ideal place for play is in nature. It is grounding, textual and multi-sensory.

Play with others builds collaboration, friendship, connection and trust.

Mistakes are natural on the path of learning.

Play can also be used as an avoidance, distraction, overstimulation and restlessness. The constant addiction to be entertained. This disrupts balance between stillness, deeper reflection and rest.

This essence was created from sweet little flowers that resemble children playing in the nature. It encourages a healthy balance between playful exploration and stillness, whilst nurturing growth, creativity, and emotional well-being while avoiding the trap of distraction or escapism.
