Can you have faith in loving change before you can see its fulfilment?
Change is inevitable. Relationships shift, circumstances alter, seasons turn, opportunities arise and familiar structures sometimes disappear. Yet when we cannot see what lies ahead, change can awaken fear, resistance and a powerful desire to return to what feels familiar.
Change Is Coming invites another response — faith in movement.
Like the golden blooms of Brisbane Wattle appearing soon after the winter solstice, change may begin before its outcome is visible. Winter is still present. The mornings may still be cold and the landscape may look much the same, yet the turning point has occurred. The light is already returning.
Faith does not require us to deny what is. It allows us to see our present circumstances truthfully while remaining open to the possibility of loving change before we can see its fulfilment.
Yet change and growth are not the same thing. Our circumstances can change while we remain emotionally exactly where we were. A relationship can end, we can move house, change careers or live through enormous disruption without examining what the experience is revealing within us. Growth requires our participation.
This essence therefore asks not only What is changing? but What will I do with the change? What is ending? What is emerging? What have I learned? What no longer serves? And what might I now choose differently?
Change Is Coming encourages us to notice the first golden blossoms — the small signs that something is shifting — while developing the courage, humility and willingness to participate consciously in what comes next.
Invitation: This essence invites you to explore your relationship with change — where fear or attachment to the familiar may be creating resistance, what changing circumstances may be revealing, and whether you can have faith in loving movement while choosing to grow through what unfolds.
