Love is patient, compassionate and kind. It has an acceptance and softness about it. There is no demanding yelling, pummelling of fists or angry tapping of the foot. It doesn’t pace up and down or lock its jaw in frustration or being harsh on oneself for not “moving forward fast enough” or for perceived lack of progress.

There are times where we don’t act because of fear, where we’re not patient to feel the fear, to allow the fear to move through us like a shiver and process it in order to move forward.

This essence was created by this tiny delicate white flower that wanders gently around the garden embodies the art of patience, inviting us to move gently through life’s transitions. It reminds us that true healing and growth unfold in its own time, urging us to honour our pace and embrace the courage needed to face fear. A loving call to slow down, trust the process, and allow life to reveal its changes when we are ready.
