The Deepening Essences invite us to look beyond our behaviours and repeating patterns into the feelings, beliefs, injuries and conclusions that may be shaping our lives.
Each essence creates an opportunity for insight and awareness, gently directing our attention towards something that may be asking to be explored. Rather than giving us the answer, an essence may help us discover the question: What am I feeling? What do I believe? Why is this affecting me? What might this experience be showing me?
This Garden can be explored in sequence, beginning with False Notions, True Perceptions and Ultimate Conclusions and ultimately arriving at Stairway to Heaven. Or it can be explored intuitively, responding to the flower that’s waving at us, its name, keyword or issue that captures your attention on any particular day.
These essences are catalysts for change, not substitutes for change. They invite our participation as we reveal, feel and understand what lies beneath the surface, re-educate old beliefs, make more loving choices and move towards greater Love and Truth.
